Kiteworks Available for File and Document Exchanges
KFMC Health Improvement Partners (KFMC) is excited to share that we are transitioning to electronic delivery of all document or file requests and correspondence through Kiteworks, a secure Managed File Transfer (MFT) system. Kiteworks is HIPAA and HITECH compliant and SOC 2 + HITRUST certified. The application offers several key features, including:
- Self-service password resets for user convenience.
- Automated email notifications to ensure you never miss important communications.
- Time-stamped uploads to confirm timely document submission.
Individuals, facilities, and organizations who previously had access to KFMC’s secure file transfer portal (SFTP) should have received an email from KFMC directing them to their new secure folder in Kiteworks. That email contained a link that must be used to complete account setup. If an email has not been received or to establish file exchange capabilities with KFMC, please contact us immediately.
When requests/correspondence are uploaded to an organization’s folder, an email will be sent to the individuals who have permissions to that folder within Kiteworks. Likewise, when an organization uploads any document to its folder on Kiteworks, KFMC staff will be notified via email.
