Reviewers will evaluate proposals for relevance to conference objectives and audience. If accepted, you will be asked to provide more detailed information for all presenters.

*Types

Breakout session: 50 minutes plus 10 minutes for Q&A; designed for fewer than 50 participants and facilitates networking on a particular topic
Full group session: 50 minutes; should have broad appeal to our audience of public health professionals, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, local leaders and advocates, and anyone committed to building healthier communities
Panel presentation: 50 minutes plus 10 minutes for Q&A; presenters share their perspectives, insights, and experiences related to addressing health disparities
Workshop: 90 minutes; an in-depth discussion and collaborative problem solving on a particular topic
