Kansas Health Equity Summit – Call for Poster Presentations
One of the goals of the Kansas Health Equity Summit is to provide participants with the opportunity to learn from what others are doing. We are seeking specific examples of best or promising practices that have been proven successful in ensuring fairness, inclusivity and optimal health outcomes for every individual, regardless of their background or circumstance. We invite community organizations, academic institutions, provider organizations, and other interested partners to submit poster presentations to be shared with our Summit participants.
Potential poster topics include:
- Technology-based solutions to address health equity
- Culturally tailored interventions
- Social determinants of health interventions
- Partnerships and collaborations around health equity or gaps in care
- Innovative ways you have identified and used data to address health equity or gaps in care
Download the poster template and instructions. Complete the template to tell your story of how you and your team worked to improve health equity. As you do, please make sure you follow the template instructions. Once you have completed your poster, save it and submit it to us.
