Healthcare Quality Review Contract Manager
KFMC is currently seeking a Contract Manager for Quality Review, to be located in or around Oklahoma City. This position will provide overall direction and day-to-day coordination of the External Quality Review Organization (EQRO), a team that will provide technical assistance for the Oklahoma Medicaid Managed Care program, and review of the Oklahoma Medicaid Managed Care Entities (MCEs). Primary review activities include compliance review, performance measure and improvement project technical assistance and validation, and provider network validation. This position also works collaboratively with the Case Review Manager to oversee and ensure the effectiveness of medical and utilization review for Oklahoma Medicaid. Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in a relevant field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees. Minimum of three years of experience in either managed care or performance improvement. Minimum of three years supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in government contracting, quality improvement and review, research, program evaluation, and regulatory compliance preferred.
