SCIP/HF Collaborative Learning Session 3

Participation from each hospital team helped with the success of our final collaborative learning session for 2009. We built on the collective work of the group over the last year. Poster presentations by each hospital team helped us drill-down and further identify details of successful processes. There were also opportunities to receive feedback and tips for strategies to overcome barriers.
It was wonderful to have the opportunity to gain insight from the leadership perspective. Engaged leadership and organizational commitment to ensuring patient safety are critical to sustaining improvement. We appreciate your dedication to patient safety.
