Support Services Technician
The Kansas Foundation for Medical Care, Inc. has an immediate opening for an energetic, team-oriented individual to fill the position of Support Services Technician. This position will provide frontline support of information systems and electronic communication resources.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while providing exceptional customer service. Additional requirement include the ability to review, analyze, research, interpret and develop solutions for complex information handling problems at the end user desktop.
The successful candidate must be energetic, team-oriented individual who is a graduate of an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university, or certified completion of formal technical training, with emphasis in information systems or related field.
Substantial experience in application support, desktop systems support, helpdesk management, or other information systems related activity can be substituted for all or part of the educational requirements, but may require demonstration of aptitude.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Windows operating system and other desktop applications preferred. Experience or knowledge of TrackIt helpdesk software, and A+ Certification is a plus.
Ability to react to occasional requests for service during non-business hours, makes residency near the organization a plus.
